IAM Security Engineer

Avancer Corporation is seeking an IAM Security Engineer who can independently develop, configure, implement, and maintain one or more Identity and Access Management products.

Key Responsibilities

• Work from technical specifications to independently develop, modify, configure, and maintain
  an Identity and Access management solutions
• Formulate and manage system scope and objectives for assigned projects
• Review business requirement documents and translates into technical specifications
• Build resource adapters, integrates role-based access control, Single Sign On, end-user
  provisioning, and synchronization services with existing applications and systems
• Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management,
  IT controls and related standards
• Analyze and troubleshoot problems and makes recommendations
• Provide status updates to Project Manager and senior management
• Actively involved in design/code reviews, architecture discussions and infrastructure reviews
• Manage interactions with client’s team
• Directly interact with internal project team and manages customer expectations
• Direct and coordinates production, operations, quality assurance, testing, or maintenance in
  industrial plants
• Coordinate activities of unit with other units or organizations
• Confer with higher levels of management.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field
  required. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with implementation, user provisioning, and troubleshooting with any of
  the following IAM technologies: Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, SailPoint
  (IdentityIQ, IdentityNow), Okta, Centrify, CyberArk, Secureauth, PING, etc.
• 3+ years of experience managing IT solution deployments through the full software
  development lifecycle.
• 3+ years of experience in relational database design, including SQL programming using PL/SQL
  and/or Oracle, MySQL.
• 3+ years of development experience with J2EE, Java, JavaScript
• Management or mentoring experience

Knowledge

• Requires expert knowledge of software development life cycle methodology
• Requires advanced knowledge of Java
• Requires knowledge of relational database management systems
• Requires strong knowledge with one or more LDAP directories, including Active Directory,
  Oracle unified Directory Server, SunONE Directory Server, Novell e-Directory, or CA Directory
• Demonstrates understanding of core business functions
• Demonstrates ability to apply structure to a loosely defined problem

  organized, and detailed manner

• Demonstrated proficiency in at least one Identity and Access management products
• Working experience with developing programs using Java, J2EE and other programming
  languages
• Recent experience with developing web services (SOAP/REST), XML integration, XML–SOAP,
  and/or Web Services/SOA Solutions
• Recent experience in database architecture and development of SQL scripts/queries (SQL
  server/DB2)
• Additional Licensing, Certifications, Registrations
• Professional certification in area of expertise a plus
• CISSP, CISM is a plus
• SailPoint certification
